Arsene Wenger can manage Real Madrid

After the retirement of the Zinedine Zidane from thirteen time European champion , spot for the head coach is open at Santiago Bernabau. In this situation Arsene Wenger signals that he is ready to join a big club, a ambitious club. I don't see any other club more ambitious than Real Madrid at this time.

Wenger claims that he is not interested in giving up his career. But he has ambition to have more success and manage a big club and handle the pressure over there. He wants to get more and win more with a big club. He may not manage a bigger club than Real Madrid.

The Frenchman left Arsenal at the end of the season after 22 years serving the invincible. "It's exciting now because I can be tested again. That’s what I want in my life," he told media "I'm a competitor who wants to be tested.

"I don’t know what will happen but I’m in front of an empty page and I have to write the next chapter. "I’m not very gifted to enjoy life and lie on the beach. I envy friends of mine who can do that.
"Very quickly I've become bored because it's an addiction I have created. I have the addicted gene and you have to live with it."
When the Frenchman was asked about the club he wanted to manage in coming future he claimed :
"A big club has to have ambition. To get the fan to wake up and say: ‘Ah, today my team plays and maybe I will see something special’."
At this moment Real Madrid are having an empty sit and Wenger wants to sit desperately than that's everything can happen. Let's hope for a good thing to happen so that we can enjoy football. Arsene wenger new club can be Real Madrid for sure.

Zidane Rush

It's not been a week that they were crowned champions of Europe. Standing beside Perez(Real's president) Zidane claim that "I have decided not to be Real Madrid coach next season".

Zinedine Zidane led Real Madrid to their Eleventh champions league title in his debut season 2016  as a head coach for the champions. Successively he won it again and again for the third time in a row. Any club have not been able to lift this trophy consecutively other than them.

Every thing was going right and then this happens. But let's hope for his best. He came as a player and conquered everything he need to have and then as a manager. He came , he saw he conquered. That's all.

Boss you will always be remembered in Santiago Bernabau. Your name will always be cheered. You are a true Madrista. Goodbye boss.

USA football team failed to reach World Cup 2018 Russia!!

USA DOWNFALL

USA supporter
USA
After the wonderful performance in last world cup. They failed to book a ticket for the biggest footballing event in Russia this time. It's very sad moment for them not to qualify. There can be various reason for the downfall of American's.

USA failed
USA failed to reach Russia
A combination of home form, team selection and freakish results led to one of the most devastating nights in the history of American soccer.

Having won four straight home qualifiers against Mexico by a 2-0 scoreline, the U.S. was hoping for another straightforward victory in the opening fixture of the Hexagonal. Goals from Miguel Layun and Rafael Marquez gave the visitors a surprise 2-1 win, however, with Bobby Wood having leveled the game for the hosts in the second half.

The defeat was a major blow for the U.S., but by no means a disaster with plenty of time to recover and claim a spot in Russia.

A trip to Estadio Nacional followed with Costa Rica the opponent, and nothing less than a comprehensive victory would make up for a dismal start. A shock 4-0 defeat heaped more misery onto proceedings and marked the end for Jurgen Klinsmann's five-year spell as coach.

The reverse leg against Costa Rica would prove just as harmful, though, with two goals from Marco Urena putting the hosts to a 2-0 loss in New Jersey.

While home defeats to Mexico and Costa Rica weren't the sole reason for the U.S. crashing out of qualifying, they absolutely had a say.

Injuries and player selection

The USA's opening defeats to Mexico and Costa Rica came at a time when seasoned national team star Clint Dempsey was suffering with a heart issue, which later denied him a regular spot under Arena as a precaution.

It was the bizarre exclusion of Stoke City's Geoff Cameron, who started four of the first five qualifiers following Arena's appointment in November 2016 before being dropped for the final three — including the decisive loss in Trinidad — that proved a sticking point with supporters.

"It was pure embarrassment and shame. It was the most depressing moment I've had in my entire career," Cameron said following the result. "Everyone wanted to know how. How could we lose to Trinidad & Tobago with the World Cup on the line? But to me, the problems run deeper than just one game.

"After Jurgen Klinsmann was fired, and Bruce Arena took over, we got too comfortable. We lost our ambition and sense of progress. But more than anything, we lost any sense of competitiveness."

The circumstances surrounding Cameron's exclusion is unclear but the player's words on the general situation paints a damning picture of those involved with the national team.

“BRINGING SCIENCE TO THE FIELD OF PLAY”

May 27, 2018
FIFA Engaging with Leading Sports Engineers at the 2018 ISEA Conference.

The Football Technology Innovation Department was a key sponsor to the International Sports Engineering Associations 2018 conference showing its commitment to research in football.

In FIFA’s continued efforts to use scientific evidence to support and advise any decisions made around the changes to the Laws of the Game, the Football Technology Innovation Department used the opportunity at the ISEA 2018 conference, hosted by Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia to engage with almost 200 stakeholders from the sports engineering community.

By sharing the sport’s vision and pinpointing research priorities, FIFA addressed a global network of research institutes by offering a half-day workshop to reflect on some of the pressing questions in football: the ideal playing surface, big data in football and the future of wearables and data collection.

Further engagement saw a keynote delivered to demonstrate some of the previous work done on validating tracking systems and challenges of virtual offside lines for Video Assistant Referee (VAR). A number of research projects supported by FIFA were furthermore presented in papers or posters over the course of the four-day conference.

FIFA at ISEA 2018 should be the start of a much closer cooperation between football and the sporting world on one hand and the scientific research community on the other. The challenge for both sides is to better understand the needs and functioning mechanisms of the other and the emphasis should be on making as much out of the research as possible creating a win-win situation for both sides.

THE VAR

all camera

The team consists of the video assistant referee (VAR) and his three assistant video assistant referees (AVAR1, AVAR2 and AVAR3). All video assistant referee team members are top FIFA match officials.

The FIFA Referee Committee has selected 13 Referees, who will act solely as video assistant referees during the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™.

The selection criteria for the VAR Team was primarily based on their experience as Video Match Officials in their respective National Associations and Confederation competitions, in addition to their successful participation in several preparatory seminars and FIFA competitions, where they enhanced their VAR knowledge and skills by using the system.

In addition to the 13 Video Assistant Referees, some of the Referees and Assistant Referees who were selected for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia will also act as Video Match Officials during FIFA’s main competition. These appointments will be made before the matches.

Four replay operators select and provide the best camera angles. Two of them pre-select the most likely camera angles while the other two provide the final angles chosen by the VAR and the AVAR2 for each checked or reviewed incident.

WHAT DOES A VAR ACTUALLY DO?

A video assistant referee (VAR) has a very complex task when using video technology in a match at the at the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™. In this video, Felix Zwayer explains what a VAR actually does.

ESSENTIAL FACTS YOU DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT VAR

A video assistant referee team supports the match officials during all 64 matches. Learn more
The video assistant referee team is located in a centralised video operation room in Moscow. Learn more
The video assistant referee team has access to all relevant broadcast cameras and two dedicated offside cameras. Learn more
The video assistant referee does not take any decisions; he supports the referee in the decision making process and the final decision can only be taken by the referee. Learn more
Football fans will be informed about the review process by broadcasters, commentators and infotainment.

VAR INFORMATION SYSTEM

var tv

To ensure that all football fans in the stadium and watching on TV are well informed during a review process, FIFA has developed a VAR information system for broadcasters, commentators and infotainment. For each match, a FIFA staff member informs the broadcasters, commentators and infotainment about the different steps of the review process, including information about the reason for the review and the outcome of the review, via a networked touch tablet.

The person operating the tablet is located in the video operation room and has access to the audio from the referee communication system as well as the camera angles the VAR is looking at. The VAR information system will also be used to automatically create VAR-specific graphic templates for TV and the giant screen in the stadium.

Portugal and Argentina in WORLD CUP final??

May 22, 2018

Will it just be a fantasy or dream come true?

It is obvious that if Argentina and Portugal make it to the finals of FIFA WC 2018,it will be one of biggest international soccer match, world has ever seen. It will be one of the most glorious and dramatic match in the history of football. It will be like a fantasy come true for every football fan like me.

On one side, we would have, Lionel Messi, who has carried Argentina on his back, to Russia singlehandedly. He is chasing World Cup for a long time and it is the only trophy absent in his trophy cabinet.

On the other side, we would have Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal, who would reach the finals by shocking the entire world.

Whoever wins in this dream match, it will be the victory of every football fans across the world.

Although people enjoy, Messi and Cristiano rivalry a lot in club matches but both facing each other in World Cup finals with their average teams, will be greatest match of all time.

If Argentina wins the World Cup, then Messi will become greatest player ever, existed in the history of football(though he is the best player of the world at present). Then he will go above any other players like Ronaldo, Maradona etc. and will become uncomparable.

However if Ronaldo helps Portugal win the World Cup, it will be one of the greatest shock in the world. Then people will start calling Ronaldo as greatest of all time and he will become the greatest legend of football.

Being a Messi fan, I want Argentina to become the champions of Russia World Cup 2018, and after this there will be no doubt for anyone calling him G.O.A.T. (greatest of all time).

But deep it's always Ronaldo . hahahaha

Cheers !!

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho believes Cristiano Ronaldo's presence means Portugal can win World Cup

May 22, 2018

The European champions can do it on the global stage, Mourinho believes

Until their unlikely Euro 2016 glory, Portugal were perennial underachievers on the international stage.

But Jose Mourinho believes that "nothing is impossible" for his homeland at this year's World Cup in Russia, and it is little surprise who he highlights as the reason why.

Cristiano Ronaldo played a crucial role in helping his country to Euro 2016 glory in France, and has enjoyed another impressive campaign with his Spanish club, scoring 42 goals in all competitions.

ow he can fire his nation to victory in the biggest competition of them all, says Mourinho.
Ronaldo, pictured scoring against Barcelona at the weekend, has never won a World Cup Getty
"Portugal has an interesting squad," the Manchester United manager told ESPN Brazil. "Without Cristiano, it would be impossible. But with him nothing is impossible."

The former Chelsea, Real Madrid, Inter Milan and Porto manager also shared similar sentiments about Argentina, who led by Lionel Messi, are chasing their first World Cup crown since 1986.

"I believe that the Argentinian national team without Lionel Messi wouldn't be a contender," the 55-year-old Portuguese added. "But with him, it is one of the favourites."

Mourinho said five-times champions Brazil have one of the most settled squads heading into the tournament, with the right mix of tactical flexibility and individual talent.

"I like very much the basic structure of Brazil, its tactical and mentality," he said.

"There is a mixture between Brazilian natural talent, with a serious approach, physical, tactical.
